By using the Valatic server, store, or participating in any of our events, you acknowledge and agree that all policies, rules, and guidelines are subject to change at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, policies regarding in-game events, prize payouts, store purchases, and server operations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, service, or promotion at our discretion. Your continued use of the Valatic server or store after any such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

Furthermore, it is your responsibility to stay informed of any policy updates, which will be posted to the Valatic website or discord. Valatic is not liable for any losses or issues that may arise from changes to these policies. We recommend that users periodically review our Terms of Service to remain aware of any updates that may affect their participation in the server, store, or events.

By participating in Valatic’s server, store, or events, you also grant permission for your in-game name, builds, screenshots, or gameplay moments to be used in promotional materials or social media posts. This includes, but is not limited to, announcements, highlight reels, community spotlights, or advertisements. You agree that no compensation will be provided for such use.
