1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Valatic server, website, store, or participating in any associated events or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of all Valatic Services immediately.
2. Modifications to Services and Terms
Valatic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
In-game features, mechanics, and balance
Events and prize structures
Store offerings, pricing, and availability
Server access, resets, or wipes
Valatic may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Service periodically to remain informed of updates. Valatic shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or issues resulting from a failure to review updated policies.
4. Virtual Goods Disclaimer
All items, ranks, perks, currencies, or benefits purchased through the Valatic store are digital, virtual goods with no real-world monetary value.
These goods:
Are licensed, not owned
Have no cash value
Cannot be redeemed for real-world currency
May be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time
Valatic reserves the right to adjust, rebalance, or remove any virtual goods without compensation.
5. Purchases & Account Responsibility
All purchases are final and non-transferable.
Purchased content will only be delivered to the account specified at checkout. Valatic will not transfer purchases under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Username changes or account switches
Alternate or secondary accounts
Platform differences (e.g., Java Edition vs. Bedrock Edition)
Users are solely responsible for entering the correct account details. Purchases made to incorrect accounts will not be transferred, reassigned, or refunded.
6. No Refund Policy
All digital purchases are final. Valatic does not provide refunds, exchanges, or reversals.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting Valatic support to resolve the issue.
Any attempt to file a chargeback or dispute may result in:
Immediate suspension or permanent ban from all Valatic Services
Revocation of all purchased items and benefits
Additional action to recover lost funds, including fees incurred by the dispute
Valatic reserves the right to provide evidence of transactions, account activity, and delivery of goods to payment processors to contest disputes.
8. Tebex Transactions
All payments are securely processed through Tebex. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Tebex’s Terms of Service: https://checkout.tebex.io/terms
Valatic is not responsible for payment processing errors or issues handled by Tebex.
9. Promotional Use
By participating in Valatic Services, you grant Valatic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your:
In-game name
Builds and creations
Screenshots and gameplay
User-generated content
for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertisements, and community highlights. No compensation will be provided.
10. Parental Consent (Minors)
If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services or make purchases.
By using the Services or making a purchase, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old, or
You have obtained parental or guardian consent
Valatic is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valatic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the Services
Server downtime, resets, or data loss
Loss of in-game items, ranks, or progress
Changes to features, policies, or virtual goods
All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Termination of Access
Valatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user at any time, with or without notice, for violations of rules, policies, or for any reason deemed necessary.
