We are sorry to hear you lost one of your item(s) in-game. If you lost it due to a bug please contact , select the appropriate Bug Report Ticket, and we will do our best to assist you from there on getting your items returned to you.

However, if you lost your items and it was not due to a bug, there may be little we can do to assist you.
