Where and how do I report Someone?

On our Support Discord under #Start. There please select Player Report

What do I need to include in the Player Report?

If you have video or screenshots that you provide as evidence please provide it in the player report. Please make sure videos and screenshots are uncropped and that videos are atleast 30 seconds long so staff can see as much as possible.

I made a Player Report, now what happens?

Thank you for helping keep Valatic a safe and family friendly place! Staff will answer your ticket within 24hrs but it is usually much quicker. When we investigate, we will determine what rules are possibly broken and will handle the Reported Player in an appropriate manner.
