How do I contact support?
We use Discord for our support systems. You can join The Valatic Discord or Support Discord
Once you join our Discord and are logged in. You may need to verify your information such as your phone-number to make sure you are who you say you are.
Once you are verified, please look for our chat channel called #support. Once you find this channel click it and choose the type of support you are needing.
Once you selected the type of ticket you need, your support ticket will open, and you can explain to us the issue you are facing.
We aim to reply within 24 - 48 hours at a maximum, though it is usually much faster. However please avoid pinging staff members as it can delay the process.
