I made a ticket, now what?

You made a ticket, here is what happens next.

I made a ticket, now what?

Now you must wait for staff to answer your ticket. Outside of any server emergency or immediate issue, your ticket can take up to 24 hours to be answered, but is usually answered much quicker. This is due to our staff team being made up of volunteers and each staff member has Work, School, and other obligations outside of the server they must attend to. While you are waiting, please make sure to include as much information as possible in your ticket so staff may better assist you. The more information you can provide the more we can do to track down bugs, griefers, chat violations, and other matters for you.
