If you are caught breaking our rules you have two ways of getting unbanned.
The first way to get unbanned is to wait the duration of your ban.
The second method would be to open an appeal ticket on our under Applications, then select Appeals. Please note that doing this is not a guarantee you will be unbanned.
If you have been muted for breaking our chat rules, there are two ways to be unmuted.
The first way to be unmuted is to wait out your mute. This is the case for most mutes except perm mutes.
The second way is to make an appeal ticket on our under Applications - Appeals. Please note that doing this is not a guarantee you will be unmuted.
There is only one way for you to be unblacklisted from the auction house. That is to create an appeal ticket on our under Applications - Appeals.
We review each situation on a case-by-case basis. It is important to remain truthful and respectful throughout the appeals process. The appeals process can take from 5 to 7 days to complete. Please be prepared to submit any information on your punishment that you may have to help prove your innocence or to assist us in reviewing your punishment.
While we strongly dislike having to punish users on our Discord or in our game servers, but sometimes it is unavoidable if they have violated our server rules. All of our server rules can be found on our under the rules section or in this wiki. Please be familiar with our rules and be sure to never break them as to avoid being issued a punishment.
