Common Issues:

Common issues we see when someone did not receive their purchase would be the following:

A customer is a bedrock client player and did not put an underscore in front of their username.
A customer selected the wrong server/game-mode when checking out.
An error occurred with the purchases and the item did not issue.
An error occurred during the purchase and Tebex was declined by the Card or Bank being used for payment.

Subscriptions

Occasionally we have Passes available for our server. These passes usually provide extra perks, opportunities, or events for players in game.

How to begin a subscription

The process of starting a subscription is a little different than just buying something for the Valatic Store. To purchase the pass hit the info or i button, and hit subscribe! This will set up your subscription that will renew and bill you 30 days from when you start it until you cancel your subscription.

How to cancel a subscription

First you need to access your transaction history with Tebex - Tebex Transaction History

Once you click the link, you will need to use the email address you used when you started your subscription. Tebex will send you a link to that email address and that link will allow you access to your transactions.

Once you are on the Payment History Page, Click on Subscriptions

Subscriptions Page

Once on the Subscriptions Page, Click on Cancel next to the subscription you wish to cancel
